Refund policy
- 30 Day return policy from the date of delivery
- All Returns/Exchanges must be assigned an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Contact support to receive your RMA Number
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Customers requesting an exchange will be responsible for any price difference plus the cost of shipping/handling for the exchanged item
- All items must be returned in the same new condition they were shipped in
- Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted for used items
- Returns are subject to 25% restocking fee
- Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable
- All Custom Made Orders are FINAL SALE. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges on Custom Built Parts or Custom Made Orders - Please note that all custom built orders will take 3-5 business days to produce and go through quality control before they are shipped out. Tracking will be generated once the custom made parts are complete and ready to ship
- All orders ship through an automated process. Once an order is paid for, it cannot be cancelled. If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need the item, you can contact us for return options in keeping with the terms of our posted return policy. Please ensure you have ordered the correct items prior to paying for you order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We are here to help!
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom made parts, custom orders, custom built orders, final sale items, used items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges. Customers requesting an exchange will be responsible for any price difference plus the cost of shipping/handling for the exchanged item. Contact us with any questions.
Refunds
Returns will be processed 2 business days after tracking confirms delivery. Items held for pickup are not considered delivered. Approved refunds will be sent to the original method of payment. Please note, it can take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. Email us with any questions.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed, in the event that we lose the chargeback with the card issuer, we will file a case / petition in small claims court to recoup the full retail value of any merchandise that is used, damaged, or not returned to us. We will also ask the court to add an assessment to the judgement for all costs associated with preparing the case / petition and for any bank penalty fees that we received as a result of this chargeback.
