**This adapter includes 14x1.5 studs to mount Toyota 2022+ Tundra Factory Wheels onto the adapter using OEM Toyota lug nuts.  We also include 24 pieces of 12x1.5 lug nuts to be used to affix the adapter to the hub of an older 6x5.5 Tundra, 4Runner, Tacoma, FJ Cruiser, Land Cruiser. Lexus GX 460, or Lexus GX 470 with 12x1.5 factory studs.

Notes:
  • Installation should only be done by a professional.
  • Does not fit models with Manual Locking Hubs
  • The adapters are shipped with open lugs on the studs- use these to bolt the adapter to the vehicle if the thread size is correct for the vehicle.
  • Only approved lug nuts can be used to bolt the adapter to the vehicle, factory lug nuts cannot be used.
  • Install by hand.
