**These adapters are designed to allow you to put 6x5.5 Pre-2023 OEM Tacoma Wheels, 2000-2006 OEM 6x5.5 Tundra Wheels, or Aftermarket 6x5.5 wheels on 5x150 Tundra.  These adapters come with 12x1.5 studs which is required for OEM Tacoma and 2000-2006 OEM Tundra wheels.  

Please note: You may need to purchase item #175734150899   (14x1.5 open end lug nuts) to affix these adapters to a hub with 14x1.5 studs - message with any questions

Notes:
  • Installation should only be done by a professional.
  • The adapters are shipped with open lugs on the studs- use these to bolt the adapter to the vehicle if the thread size is correct for the vehicle.
  • Only approved lug nuts can be used to bolt the adapter to the vehicle, factory lug nuts cannot be used.
